Assist Owner's Rep and Engineering clients with design and engineering efforts from 30% design documents until IFC document issuance.
Ability to manage feasibility studies, design reviews, meetings, value engineering, permitting, zoning, and other commitments during the design process.
Assist local, state and federal government agencies through all phases of project management - pre design, design, procurement, construction and closeout.
Ability to sole source construction activities demonstrating an effective streamline process.
Assist real estate developers, investors and agencies managing day-to-day operations during design and construction.
Ability to review, submit, and manage all administrative activities including but not limited to RFIs/submittals, inventory logs, change orders, payment applications, contract requisitions, etc.
